SENIOR EXECUTIVE TRANSITION COACHING
When moving into a new senior role, you have 90 to 180 days before anyone questions your performance. This is your window of opportunity to establish yourself. You need an intense coaching program that gets you up and running within the window. And you need a coach with a track record of making this happen.

DURATION AND SCOPE
This is an initial six month engagement (two quarters) which can be extended by quarters as required. It begins with a 3 way kick-off session between the coach, the candidate and the candidate's sponsor, usually their immediate superior. This is to ensures both parties are clear on the purpose and intended outcome of the coaching. The focus and measures of success of the engagement will be agreed at this meeting. Your coaching will consist of between 6 and 12 sessions in the quarter, each lasting typically 60 - 90 minutes.

It is the candidate's responsibility to schedule sessions. I take a limited number of clients at a time. Sessions cannot be carried over beyond the quarter. There is no refund for cancellation of the program. Should the candidate leave public service completely or be declared medically unfit to work before completion of the engagement, unused time may be allocated to another candidate. 

FEES
$26,000 SGD for the first six months
$13,000 per quarter for extensions.

CEO COACHING - ANNUAL ENGAGEMENT

CEO coaching is a 12 month engagement providing a Stat Board or Government Company Head with unlimited access to their coach through a complete annual cycle. As many have discovered, the top job provides little feedback from around you on how you are doing, nor a confidential sounding board for your thinking. 

CEO coaching can cover any aspect of your role. It is a unique opportunity for you to have a confidential and powerful relationship totally focused on ensuring your growth and success.

You can have your coach be in attendance, physically or virtually, to shadow and observe leadership team meetings, strategy sessions etc. at no additional cost, regardless of location, beyond travel expenses. 

We first arrange a conversation between Tony and yourself. This enables you to discuss the situation, background and objectives and assess the level of comfort and chemistry with each other.

The assignment commences with a detailed discussion of the areas of focus for the year and defining the change and results you are seeking. Then we define a plan, including measurements of progress and results and key stakeholders.

You then approach your year confident in the knowledge you have someone who “has your back” and is readily available for confidential support.

Tony works with a maximum of 3 CEOs at any time on this annual basis. Start timing will be based on availability.
